Yoga came into my life when I didn’t really have time for it, but really needed it. So, while I earned my M.Ed I also completed a 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Core Power Yoga in Minneapolis. In my classes, I love to play with a flow of creative sequencing, conscious breath, and a dose of inspiration to help you tune in to your body and your mind. I always take time to focus on your core because it is such a foundation for all yoga (and all movement!) My goal is to meet you where you’re at, encourage you to move your own needle a little further, and enjoy the ride along the way. Since yoga is a full body experience, you can expect good music, yummy smells, and maybe even some corny jokes along the way.
