I recommend taking Mixology for your first class because it is a combination of our core workout group fitness classes: Kickology is 20 minutes of cardio, Strengthology is 20 minutes of resistance training, and Boxology is 20 minutes of stress relief building strength and endurance. You can expect to leave your first class feeling empowered and pumped up to take another class!
