Kickology (formerly TaeBo)
Kickology is a group fitness exercise program designed to create the “AFTERBURN” EFFECT! Kickology combines high intensity exercise moves, martial arts, and boxing. A Kickology workout will leave you feeling empowered and BURNING calories for several hours after the workout! Not to mention the 600-1000 calories burned in the 60 minute class!! Modifications are provided so that all fitness levels may participate! Just try 1 class and you’ll feel the difference! An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. It’s an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge. Kickology was designed by Sonja Steward who has 15 years training with Tae Bo® creator Billy Blanks.
Metabolic training is one of the hottest workout styles today! Strengthology is a group fitness exercise program designed around high intensity metabolic and resistance conditioning also used to create the “AFTERBURN” EFFECT! Each Strengthology workout is also designed with a purpose and theme! The class will leave you feeling empowered and BURNING calories for several hours after the workout! Not to mention the 600-1000 calories burned in the 60 minute class!! Modifications are provided so that all fitness levels may participate!
Boxing fitness training is an excellent way get a great cardio workout. Boxing is considered by many to be one of the best exercises because of its ability to help condition the entire body in one workout. This sport improves the cardiovascular and endurance fitness of its participants by providing a high-intensity, calorie-burning routine that promotes optimal physical fitness.

Fit TRX Barre
The results of Fit TRX Barre are: flat abs, thin thighs, a lifted seat, toned arms and sculpted backs. Barre is an intelligent exercise technique – each strengthening section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create strong, long, lean muscle without the bulk, while increasing range of motion. Barre will not only quickly transform your body, it will clear your mind, help you focus and contribute to a happy and healthy life.
The new P90X LIVE format is a pre-choreographed total-body strength and conditioning class that uses bodyweight and minimal equipment to include cardio, lower body, upper body and core. Dumbbells/free-weights are preferable, however resistance bands, weighted bars and/or kettlebells can be substituted. The bigger range in weight the better, i.e. heavy free-weights for lower body and lighter for upper body. Pull up bars are no longer used (sad for some, happy for others). This format is meant for all ages, sexes and fitness levels.
Fit Total Body Circuit
This is an intense muscle confusion program that’ll work just about every muscle in your body to help get you totally ripped and in the best shape of your life.
In FIT Vinyasa classes you will find a power flow filled with balancing postures and strength building sequences.
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training (TRX) bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You will also perform exercises off the TRX as well. You will get a very well rounded class of High Intensity, Strength, Functional Movement. ALL CORE all the time!
A bit of boxing/light cardio the first half with the second half emphasizing isometric exercises, stretching and a little yoga. The premise of the class is to get your blood pumping, muscles warmed and heart rate slightly elevated so when you begin the isometric/stretching part of the class you are still burning calories but also working on muscle recovery from your week of workouts. Kind of a recovery day with a kick!
This is an intense muscle confusion program that’ll work just about every muscle in your body to help get you totally ripped and in the best shape of your life. You will do strength training with an emphasis on cardio drills as well.
