1) As working mom, Just Do It! I am finding time to take care of myself. I register online for 5:00 am or 6:00 am class or 5:30 pm class during the week, in addition to Sat morning and Sun morning. If I don’t schedule it, it won’t happen with my crazy busy calendar.
